The purpose of this function is to allow the user to update the details of entries on the USER-ALT table. This implements the Internationalisation feature within RADICORE.
This form is accessed by selecting entries in the Maintain Alternative Languages for User screen before pressing the 'UPDATE' button in the navigation bar.

| User Id | String | Required. The identity of a User on the MNU_USER table. |
| Language Id | String | Required. The identity of a supported language on the MNU_LANGUAGE table. |
| User Name | String | Required. This is the User's name which should be in the same language as the language_id field. |
