mnu_task_quicksearch_alt(add2) - Add Task Quicksearch (Alternative Language)

The purpose of this function is to allow the user to add a new entry to the TASK-QUICKSEARCH-ALT table for a selected TASK.

This function is activated by pressing the 'NEW' button in the navigation bar of the List Quicksearch by Task (Alternative Languages) screen.
