mnu_task_quicksearch(add2) - Add Task Quicksearch

The purpose of this function is to allow the user to add a new entry to the TASK-QUICKSEARCH table for a selected TASK.

This function is activated by pressing the 'NEW' button in the navigation bar of the List Quicksearch by Task screen.
