Enquire 1 - display an occurrence

Description

This form is usually called from a LIST form with the primary key of a single occurrence as the parameter. The form will retrieve the selected occurrence and display its details to the user.

This form is display only, so no modifications are possible.

Enquire 2 - display an occurrence, with navigation bar

Description

This form is usually called from a LIST form with the primary key of a single occurrence as the parameter. The form will retrieve the selected occurrence and display its details to the user.

This form is display only, so no modifications are possible.

It is possible to pass control to another form by pressing one of the navigation buttons.

warning_symbol.gif If this form is called from a navigation bar on a parent form then it may be a better idea if the navigation options specified here were to be included in the parent's navigation bar. This will avoid the problem of having too many forms open at any one time.

Enquire 3 - display MANY in a ONE-to-MANY relationship

Description

This form is usually called from a LIST form with the primary key of a single occurrence of the ONE entity as the parameter. The form will retrieve the selected ONE occurrence and the first of the associated MANY occurrences and display their details to the user. If component variable $CURRENT$ is set to TRUE then the MANY entity will be positioned on the occurrence which has a current date.

This form is display only, so no modifications are possible.
