The purpose of this form is to allow the user to browse through the contents of the ROLE table.
This form is accessed by an option on the menu bar.

|New||Will create new entries by activating Add Role|
|Search||Will refine the selection criteria for this screen by activating Search Role|
|Read||Will view the details of selected entries by activating Enquire Role|
|Update||Will update selected entries by activating Update Role|
|Delete||Will delete selected entries by activating Delete Role|
|List User||Will show Users attached to selected Roles by activating List User by Role|
|Task Access||Will show which Tasks can be accessed by selected Roles by activating Link Tasks to Role|
|Field Access||Will show Field access by Task for selected Roles by activating Maintain Field Access by Role|
|Output to PDF(L)||Will produce printable output as described in Output Roles to PDF (List view).|
|Initial Values||Will show if any initial values have been defined by activating Maintain Initial Values by Role.|
|Time Limits||Will show if any time limits have been defined by activating List Time Limit for Role.|
|Audit Trail||Will show the audit trail for selected entries as described in Appendix L.|
